Reflecting on Organizations

A conversation about organizations, a rational exercise. Not to be considered a complete critique or valorization of organizations. Not to be indicative of all my beliefs on the subject. Consider this a fun exercise, nothing more, nothing less.

“All organizations are nepotistic.”

“What’s the point of creating a social fixture if you don’t know anyone in it?”

“All organizations centralize.”

“What’s the point if your fixture knows no boundaries?”

“All organizations accumulate: people, social capital, attention, so on.”

“What’s the point of it if nobody joins?”

“All organizations develop hierarchies.”

“What’s the point if nobody knows what to do?”

“All organizations stratify.”

“What’s the point if nobody has a role?”

“All organizations prioritize: their roles, their struggles, their actions.”

“What’s the point if people don’t know what to do first?”

“All organizations reflect the societies they spring from.”

“What’s the point if nobody can relate to it?”

“All organizations end.”

“What’s the point if you never begin?”
